We ship our products to United States, Canadian and International destinations.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship packages via Federal Express (FedEx), United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). For packages shipped within the United States, you can select from FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day Air, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail. For packages shipped to Canada, you can select from FedEx Ground, FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority, UPS Canada Standard, USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Express Mail International (EMS) and USPS Global Express Guaranteed. For packages shipped Internationally, you can select from USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Express Mail International (EMS) and USPS Global Express Guaranteed. All shipping methods and carrier choices available are displayed automatically during the check out process.
Shipping Charges
Our shipping rates are determined by the size and weight of your package. We do not charge an additional packaging or handling fee. All shipping options and pricing is provided online during the check out process. Please note that shipments to Canada and Internationally may involve additional taxes, import duties, tariffs, customs-related fees, or other charges beyond our control, for which the recipient is responsible.
Tracking Your Package
If we receive a correct email address with your order, you will receive a tracking number for your package when it is shipped.
Store Pick Up
For Other Living Things™ is located in Sunnyvale, California. If you are a California state resident and would like to pick up your order (and pay no shipping charges), choose the Store Pick Up option at check out. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up. When you come, be sure to bring a copy of your email order confirmation, your receipt of payment and personal identification.
Delivery to Canada and International Destinations
Canada and International destinations charges customs duties, tariffs, and fees, which are usually payable before or upon delivery of your order. You are entirely responsible for such charges, which can be very costly. Contact your local Post Office or Customs Authorities for information about their policies. We do not give refunds on any items purchased or shipping and handling charges if you refuse to pay duties, tariffs, or other fees. Shipping to Canada typically poses some problems (e.g., high customs duties and fees, delays in delivery), especially with UPS. For best results, select USPS Global Express Mail as your shipping option.
