Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please open and inspect your package contents immediately upon delivery. If you receive damaged merchandise, have recieved extra merchandise or are missing items from your order, please contact us immediately at 1 (408) 739-6785 to let us know of your issues. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Damaged Products

If the product was damaged in shipping, you must retain all shipping materials for inspection by the shipper's agents and contact us by phone within 24 hours of delivery so that we can alert the carrier, as the carriers only allow for a set amount of time upon delivery to file damage claims. In most cases, your order will be replaced in a reasonable time frame. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or other type of fee reversal against For Other Living Things™ with your bank, credit card company or Authorize Net.

Incorrect Orders

If the product is not the correct item you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We want you to have a pleasant expereince with us, and we will gladly correct our mistake. In the event of such an error, you agree to allow us the opportunity to correct the issue before seeking resolution against For Other Living Things™ with your bank, credit card company or Authorize Net. Exchanges and Refunds

For Other Living Things™ has a 30 day return policy. If you have ordered a product in the wrong color or size for example, or just changed your mind, For Other Living Things™ will gladly take the unwanted item back, provided it is in orginal, undamaged condition. You are responsible for all shipping charges, regardless of the error or reason for return. Additional charges may apply due to price differences between the item originally ordered and the item replacement item. If you do not want a replacement item, For Other Living Things™ will refund your purchase price. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
