Ordering Online (Credit Card, Check, Money Order)
Click the "Click for details " link to learn more about a product. Click the "Buy" button to add a product to your shopping cart. To increase the quantity of a product, enter the number of items and click the "Update Cart" button. To remove a product, Check the Remove Check box and click the "Update Cart" button. To continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button. When ready to purchase, click the "Check Out" button, create or login to your account and click the "Continue" button, select a shipping method and click the "Continue" button, select a payment method and click the "Continue" button, click the "Confirm Order" button to submit your order. Once you confirm your order, you will automatically be sent an email with the order details.
Ordering by Phone (Credit Card)
We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our products. When you are ready to place an order, please call our Phone Order Department at 1 (408) 739-6785. We are available to assist you Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Standard Time.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Cards, Checks and Money Order payments. We use Authorize Net for processing of all Credit Card orders online. Authorize Net is secure, accepts all forms of payment (Credit Cards, eChecks or Bank Account Transfers) and requires no account to use. To pay by Check or Money Order, or to mail or fax your Credit Card information, simply shop as you would for online ordering. In the Checkout process, enter your delivery and shipping information, and then select Check / Money Order under payment options. You will be sent an order confirmation email. Print this email and fax it to us along with your Credit Card info, or mail it to us with your Check or Money Order. If you choose to pay by Check, please be aware that there is a $25 fee for returned Checks. Payment by Check automatically authorizes For Other Living Things™ to deduct the original Check amount, plus $25 in returned Check fees, directly from your Checking account without further consent from you.

Shipping Info
